What are little legal summaries?
Little Legal Summaries are comprehensive, plain language summaries of recent Canadian criminal law decisions. They provide open-access summaries of criminal jurisprudence from provincial appellate courts (ONCA, BCCA, ABCA and others) and the Supreme Court of Canada. Little Legal Summaries aims at providing law students, lawyers, paralegals and other legal professionals with a succinct overview of developments in Canadian criminal law to assist with their legal studies and criminal law practice.
